I’m Catherine and I'm a bit obsessed with ​creating organizational cultures where ​leaders are human, teams are skilled,missionally aligned (and thriving), and ​business growth is generative.


For the past 15 years, I have been an ​organizational practitioner and a change ​leader responsible for coaching leaders ​while excavating misaligned cultural ​practices and operations and establishing ​new ones.
