I’m Catherine and I'm a bit obsessed with creating organizational cultures where leaders are human, teams are skilled, missionally aligned (and thriving), and business growth is generative.
For the past 15 years, I have been an organizational practitioner and a change leader responsible for coaching leaders while excavating misaligned cultural practices and operations and establishing new ones.
To ensure workplaces and spaces are future-proofed and culture meets the moments of employee’s needs, we believe that the culture conversation is one that smart and forward-thinking leaders and organizations are having differently.
